Do you enjoy working with food, and are you creative?
Students enrolled in Culinary Arts gain a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on experiences to give them a firm foundation to enter the food and beverage industry.
During the first year, students learn food safety procedures and preparation on state-of-the-art equipment. They also serve meals to other students and the general public in the CTC's restaurant, The New Generation Cafe.
During the second year, students focus on restaurant management by helping to plan culinary events. Students also are given the opportunity to advance their creative culinary skills.
