Career Based Intervention

CBI is a senior program for at risk youth identified by academic or economic disadvantages.  The students in this program are required to have a job in the local community and will be graded by the employer for their work.  There is no certification to be earned but students will receive a high school diploma for completion.
All subjects which are academic will be offered to each student taught by the coordinator.  A class on jobs skills in terms of work protocol, work ethics, job applications and interviewing will be taught as well.

This is a one year program for the most part restricted to seniors only but on some rare occasions offered to juniors who are employed and meet the classifications of at risk.
