ABLE

ABLE provides adult learners with a second chance to learn basic academic skills necessary to accomplish their goals. ABLE is part of the Ohio Board of Regents / University System of Ohio.

All classes & services offered under the ABLE program are free.
 

 

In ABLE you can

 

....Prepare for the GED Test.

 

....Prepare for the Work Keys pre-entrance examination for post-secondary programs (Practical Nursing, Pharm Tech, Rad Con Tech).

 

....Obtain or improve reading, writing, and arithmetic skills needed to get or keep a job.

 

....Prepare for post-secondary courses and admissions testing.

 

....Prepare for pre-employment testing.

 

....Take the Official GED Practice Test.

 

....Improve your Work Keys scores and Career Readiness Credential.

GED Test is $40 - paid to State GED Office.

The Pike County CTC ABLE program offers three different site locations over a two county service area. Please call the center to register or for more information.
